Giving Back to Our Community

Ainsley's Angels

We are blessed and honored to support Ainsley’s Angels in Alabama!

In addition to ensuring everyone can experience endurance events, we also aim to build awareness though inclusion and activism throughout the community.

Ainsley's Angels of America is excited to aid our local Ambassadors advocating for inclusion in all walks of life. From inclusive road racing to disABILITY awareness education, we aim to give everyone the opportunity to “roll with the wind”, while living up to the philosophy of, “Yes You Can”, we are not just a running group....we are a family and we can't wait to welcome you in! TOGETHER WE SHALL!.

C.A.S.T for Kids

Another program near and dear to our hearts is the C.A.S.T. for Kids Program. It is designed to provide children with disabilities, ages 6-18 the opportunity to enjoy a quality outdoor recreational experience through the sport of fishing.

C.A.S.T. for Kids Program: Children with special needs (ages 6-18) and their caretakers come together with community volunteers for a fun day of fishing they may not otherwise experience. These events provide a refreshing break from their daily challenges. Spreading a positive message that kids with disabilities can accomplish anything, we include all children, despite their limitations. This is all made possible through national and local sponsors-people who want to make a big difference in the lives of kids with special needs thus strengthening their community.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

We partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital because we believe in leaving a lasting legacy. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. We stand with them in supporting their lifesaving mission: Finding cure. Saving children. $500 from every loan we close goes directly to St. Jude.

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.

St. Jude has the world's best survival rates for some of the most aggressive childhood cancers.

Mission Firefly

Mission Firefly improves all areas of people’s lives. Spiritual development is an integral part of the mission. Basics, including food, water and shelter, are provided to the neediest.

Lunches of Love

Malnutrition among Alabama children must be stopped. Mission Firefly launched the Lunches of Love program to provide school lunches to needy children. The mission focused on providing healthy food that improves school experience. It also provides assistance to kids who need food on the weekends.

Water Purification

Mission Firefly has brought clean water sources to all Guatemalan villages it works to help. This gives the communities the ongoing, stable resource of clean water, so they can focus on further development rather than seeking clean water and combating waterborne illness. Mission Firefly thanks the over 50,000 youth who helped make this a reality.
